Stolen 02:39
Maybe it's the light playing tricks on my eyes But I think you're someone I might recognize I couldn't see the forest for the light through the trees We can blame it on the light playing tricks on my eyes Or maybe we can blame the Sun King And you know it's not important, ‘cause it never got reported Gone without a trace, your life was erased All because you had the same face And now that he's dead, they groom you instead So you'd better call the cops! You'd better call the cops! ‘Cause your whole life was stolen, and Mr Campbell's gone Your wife was stolen and all your things are stolen (they were stolen) And you can call me an impostor, it's easy for you to say But it's not that important, ‘cause it never got reported Though your whole life was stolen, and all your things are stolen (they were stolen) He lived so many more years, past the death of Billy Shears And the life of Billy Shears saw so many more years So you'd better call the cops! You'd better call the cops! ‘Cause: your whole life was stolen All your words are stolen All your chords are stolen And every song was stolen (they were stolen) And as I look down at my beer, I let the harmonies wash over me I let the rhymes just come to me But Mr Campbell’s gone, his life taken to fill another one So you'd better call the cops! You'd better call the cops! ‘Cause: your whole life was stolen All your words are stolen All your chords are stolen And every song was stolen (they were stolen)

Blue Ribbon 03:51
Talk low speak slow, when you're on the radio Talk loud, speak clear, shout it loud for all to hear You can talk soft when your lost in her eyes We all lose our minds when we're fighting for the prize But don't get caught with your hand in the drawer And if you get the girl you can buy yourself a blue ribbon Yes, if you get the girl you can buy yourself a blue ribbon The ticker marks another mile, as life slips away Jack can't hold still n' he won't take his pills He says scratch my back and you know I got yours But Jill can't foot the bill when there's money to be made So don't get caught with your hand in the till And if you make it to the end, you can buy yourself a blue ribbon Yes, if you make it to the end, you can buy yourself a blue ribbon If you want to make art, you gotta tear it all apart And challenge every part, to find what's in your heart And if you want to make love, sometimes you gotta fake love To open up the door you gotta close the window Oh, you can pat your back, you can buy yourself a blue ribbon Yes, you can pat your back, you can buy yourself a blue ribbon Good blood goes bad with three to six to go When it all goes bad; uncle gets the house Find your way back to their hearts, before it all falls apart And if you make it out alive, you can buy yourself a blue ribbon Yes, if you make it out alive, you can buy yourself a blue ribbon And if you lose the race you can still buy yourself a blue ribbon

Oh oh, that's alright now mama, just anyway you do Oh, I’m leaving town now baby I'm leaving town for sure Well then you won’t have to be bothered with me Hangin’ 'round your door Well, that's alright, That's alright. Oh oh, that's alright now mama, just anyway you do
